Seville is a lively city and is credited with inventing Tapas. It has a long history, being under control of both the Romans and the Moors. Its famous sights include the Minaret of La Giralda cathedral, Alcazar Palace, the Archive of the Indies and the fine arts museum. It also has many convents, churches and palaces. It has numerous bars and cafes and plenty of fiestas throughout the year.
